What do I get with my membership?
As a member of College Cab you may ride as many times as you want to any destination. You will have access to 24hr safe courteous transportation, responsive pick up times and the convenience of having no fee collected at the time of service. College Cab has taken the guess work out of who to call.

Why is there a monthly membership fee?
The monthly fee paid by the members allows College Cab to function as a transportation liaison between the client and the transportation companies. We have screened and established relationships with local transportation companies to provide exceptional service to our clients. You also get discounts on your fare!

Will I be charged a fee even if I do not use the service for a month?
You will not be billed for any rides for that month but you will be charged the membership fee.

How will I be billed?
Your membership fee will be billed to your credit card at the beginning of every month. Each time you use the service, we will charge your credit card upon which time a receipt will be emailed to you for your records. You will receive a statement of your account at the close of each month. We can mail you a copy of your invoice and/or statement upon your request. Additional fees will apply.

When I need a ride who do I call?
Decide which form of transportation best suits yours needs. The local rickshaw companies only service the downtown areas. Once you have decided on a cab or rickshaw, call the number on your College Cab ID and request a ride with the dispatcher. When making your reservation give the dispatcher your College Cab number so they can properly log your ride.

What if I decide to withdraw from College Cab?
If you decide to terminate your membership from College Cab you must do so via email or letter. Please allow 30 days for the membership to end so we can insure any outstanding rides are settled.

How long will I have to wait for a ride?
As with many transportation companies, times may vary. We require our ride partners to pick up our clients in 30 min or less unless otherwise disclosed by the dispatcher at the time the call is placed. You as a member are required to allow 30 min for the pick up or a no show fee will apply. If the company does not show up within 30 min or the time indicated by the dispatcher that has been disclosed please call and cancel your trip. No fee will apply.
